Educational Qualification Required  • Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, life sciences, or a related field
Experience Required • 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 2–3 years focused on selling to hospitals.

  • Established network of hospital contacts and knowledge of hospital procurement processes.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare IT landscape and SaaS purchasing behavior in the hospital ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  Key Responsibilities
  • Understand features of existing and upcoming IT healthcare products of the company and be aware of upcoming functionalities of products.
  • Engage with hospital stakeholders virtually and in person to understand their unique business needs and align them with the product capabilities.
  • Be familiar with philosophy, intentions, objectives, business value and architecture of products to align features as closely as possible to customers need.
  • Generate new business leads through strategic outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and conference participation.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of healthcare IT platform to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Implementation) to relay market feedback and influence product roadmap.
  • Maintain strong post-sales relationships to identify upselling opportunities, encourage renewals, and gather feedback for future product enhancements.
  • Respond to proposals, reports and supporting literature if required by customers.
